Our return policy
1.Products are eligible for return and replacement within 10 days of purchase.
2.Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable.
3.Returns are only available for products purchased at their original price.
4.Fragrances formulated by mixing 2 or more perfumes (Custom Mixing) are NOT eligible for return.
Eligibility criteria for product Exchange & Return
1.Customer received a defective or wrong product.(Return Or Exchange)
2.Customer is unhappy with the product.(Exchange)
3.Customer must initiate the return within 10 days of receiving the product.
4.Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Return?
Contact Return requests can be made via email to support@itariperfume.com, in-person at ITARI store. Reason for return and product must be provided.
The Process of Return
A solution that meets your needs will be provided by our executive within two business days. If you wish to return the product, our executive will work with you to arrange a replacement that meets your satisfaction.
